About WP1
To promote awareness and understanding of Environmental, Social, and Governance ESG criteria among SMEs in any sector across the cross-border region of Castilla y León and Northern Portugal, highlighting their strategic importance for competitiveness, sustainability, and market access.
The adoption of ESG practices will be promoted as an added value for companies, aligned with European regulatory requirements and the demands of stakeholders.
Objective
To increase awareness and understanding among cross-border SMEs in Castilla y León and the North of Portugal regarding the importance of integrating ESG criteria into their business strategies. To this end, an awareness-raising and information strategy will be designed and implemented, tailored to the needs and realities of the cross-border business community, ensuring that the information is clear, accessible, and relevant.
